Minì’s aria ‘Si, Mi chiamano Mimì’ is heard in the first act of Puccini’s opera La Bohème. She introduces herself to Rodolfo: she is called Mimì but her real name is Lucie Louvet, a famous model suffering an illness that will kill her near the end of the opera.
