‘Caruso’ (1986) is door vele internationale artiesten gezongen en zeer geliefd bij een groot publiek. Grote artiesten zoals Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Boccelli en Josh Groban hadden een zeer groot commercieel succes met dit nummer. De meeste indruk maakte toch Laura Fabian met een zeer emotionele interpretatie. Caruso is een eerbetoon aan een van de beroemdste tenoren uit de geschiedenis van de opera, Enrico Caruso (1873-1921)
