“Hymne an die Freundschaft” (“Hymne to Friendship) is based on the folk tune “Wahre Freundschaft” (“True Friendship”). Karl Kling, president emeritus of the Allgäu-Schwäbische Musikbund, commissioned this piece and dedicated it to all committed musicians. Possible Variations:

1. Concert band
2. Choir SATB and concert band
3. Choir SATB and piano (+ wind instruments)
