The first edition of this arrangement was published around 1809 and contained 11 numbers; five of them were unabridged and the rest were only slightly shorter than Mozart’s original, so that the structure of the music was hardly affected. These charming arrangements are of medium difficulty and will be a delight to every flutist who wants to acquaint oneself with this popular opera by Mozart.
